The TC Electronic Mimiq Doubler is designed to recreate real studio double-tracking on your pedalboard, giving your tone the same depth and width you’d normally get from recording multiple guitar takes.

Instead of simply detuning or modulating your signal like a chorus pedal, the Mimiq introduces realistic micro-variations in timing, picking, and attack. The result is a natural “more guitars playing” sound that doesn’t feel artificial or overly processed.

You can choose between 1, 2, or 3 doubler voices, allowing you to tailor the thickness and size of your sound:

• One doubler for subtle enhancement and tighter rhythm parts

• Two doublers for wide rock rhythm tones and big choruses

• Three doublers for dense, modern high-gain layering

The front panel keeps things simple and musical:

• Tightness control to set how locked-in or loose the doubles feel

• Effect Level to blend in the doubled guitars with your dry tone

• Toggle for the number of doubler voices

Used in mono, it still adds a strong sense of body and presence. Run in stereo, it really opens up the sound, giving you a mix-ready width that works great live and in the studio.
