Strymon DIG

The Strymon DIG is a dual digital delay pedal inspired by iconic 80s studio rack units, redesigned with modern processing power and sound quality. It offers two digital delay lines that can be routed and combined to create rhythmic, spacious, and highly musical delay textures.

At the core of DIG are three delay voicings that cover a wide range of classic and modern sounds:

  • 24/96 modern digital – ultra-clear, hi-fi repeats

  • ADM (adaptive delta modulation) – slightly grainy, vintage studio character

  • 12-bit – darker, dirtier, early digital flavor

The pedal features two independent delay times, with selectable subdivisions (including dotted eighths and triplets), allowing you to build complex rhythmic patterns. You can run the delays:

  • In series, for layered, cascading repeats

  • In parallel, for wider, more separated delays

  • In ping-pong, for immersive stereo movement

Controls for Mix, Time, Repeats, and Time 2 make it easy to dial in anything from a tight slapback to long, evolving echoes. A modulation control adds subtle or pronounced movement to the repeats, and the pedal responds dynamically, sitting nicely in a mix whether you are playing clean, overdriven, or high gain.

With stereo in/out, tap tempo, expression pedal compatibility, and Strymon’s powerful SHARC DSP platform, DIG is built for serious players who want studio-quality digital delay on their board. It excels at rhythmic delays for modern worship, progressive rock, ambient soundscapes, and precise lead tones, while still delivering the musicality and warmth that Strymon is known for.
